He brought a tall ladder and replaced a smoke alarm and put in an LED light in in my 20 feet ceiling, which was a feat in itself; plus he fixed and cleaned my blinds up there which I could never reach. Then he discontinued an old Verizon battery that was beeping and driving me crazy, and then he replaced two more smoke alarm batteries.
